How to access the Launchpad:

1.2. From the left-hand side menu, click on the "Launchpad" option. This will take you to the "Launchpad" page.

Free Trial User Launchpad:

For free trial users:

  1. At the top, you'll find a checklist that dynamically highlights each milestone as you progress.

  2. Additionally, there's a convenient ad promoting the seamless transition to a paid subscription for enhanced features and benefits.

For paid users:

  1. The top section displays the envelope usage statistics.

  2. The upgrade advertisement has been eliminated, while the section for sending documents has been expanded for improved accessibility and functionality.

What's inside the Launchpad:

  1. Send a document

    Users can easily send PDF documents by either dragging and dropping them onto the page or browsing through saved templates. From there, they can promptly dispatch the documents to the intended signers. Additionally, a link is available for users interested in exploring "Advanced Send Options."

  2. View partial inbox content
    Users will now have visibility of the most recent document sent to them for signing. To view all pending documents awaiting their signature, they can simply click on "Go to Full Inbox."

  3. See active users

    You can easily view the list of other users currently logged into the platform. Additionally, there's a convenient link available if you wish to add a new user to the account.
