Introduction:

Blueink is a platform that offers electronic document signing capabilities. By default, when documents are signed using Blueink, an Envelope ID is attached to each signed document. However, if you prefer to disable the Envelope ID feature, Blueink provides a setting that allows you to turn it off. It's important to note that this setting is currently available in the "Account Settings" section of Blueink and cannot be adjusted on an individual user level.

To turn off the Envelope ID on signed documents in Blueink, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Blueink account using your credentials.

2. Navigate to the "Account Settings" section. This section can usually be accessed through the account or profile menu.

3. Once in the "Account Settings," you may click “Add Envelope ID to All Signed Documents” to see the dropdown options. Choose “Do not show Envelope ID on Signed Docs”. This action will ensure that the Envelope ID will no longer be attached to signed documents.

4. Save your changes. Click on the "Save" button to confirm and implement the new settings.

Conclusion:

After following these steps, the Envelope ID will be turned off for all signed documents generated using your Blueink account. It's important to remember that this setting affects the entire account and cannot be adjusted on a user-by-user basis.
