Signer Duplicates refer to instances where multiple signer profiles with similar or identical information are created within the Blueink platform. This can occur when multiple individuals mistakenly create separate profiles for the same person or when there are minor discrepancies in the information provided. Here's a short overview guide on how to Remove Duplicate Signer Profiles.

How to Remove Duplicate Signer Profiles:

Identifying Signer Duplicates

1. Log in to your Blueink account using your credentials.

2. Navigate to the "Signer" section. This section can usually be accessed on the left side of the screen.

3. On the "Signer" section, you may review signer duplicates by searching for the name of the signer.

  • The signer name with a person icon indicates that the signer is associated with a user.

  • The signer name without a person icon indicates that it is a duplicate.

4. Deleting the Signer Duplicates: By clicking the “trash can” button on the right side, you will be able to delete the duplicate signers.
