In this help article, we will explain how to resend a link to a document in Blueink. Sometimes, signers may not have opened or signed their portion of the document you sent them. This guide will walk you through the process of resending the document link to the signer in Blueink.

Resending a Document in Blueink:

Step 1: Access the Dashboard

1.1. After logging into your Blueink account, you will be taken to your dashboard. Your dashboard displays all the documents you have sent or are working on.

Step 2: Find the Desired Document

2.1. Locate the document you want to resend to a signer on your dashboard or in your Archive Library. Use the search bar or sort options to help you find the document more easily.

Step 3: Select the Document

3.1. Click on the desired document to view its details. This will open the document Details page, where you can see the status of each signer and manage the document.

Step 4: Identify the Signer

4.1. On the Bundle Details page, find the document you would like to send the document to. The signer's status should indicate "Sent" or "Started" if they have not signed their portion of the document.

Step 5: Send the link to the Document

5.1. Locate the "Resend" button on the right side of the signer's information row. Click the "Resend" button to send the document to the signer again. The signer will receive a new email or text message notification with a link to access and sign the document.
