How to Replace a Document in an Existing Template in Blueink

In this help article, we will guide you through the process of replacing a document in an existing template in Blueink. This can be useful when you need to update your templates to include new versions of documents or when you want to change the content of the templates you're using. Follow the steps below to seamlessly replace a document in your Blueink template.

Step 1: Access the Template Library

1.1. Once you are logged in, you will be directed to your Blueink Dashboard.


1.2. From the left-hand side menu, click on the "Template Library" option. This will take you to the "Templates" page, where you can view all your saved templates.


Step 2: Select the template to edit

2.1. Find the template that contains the document you want to replace.

2.2. Hover over the template and click the "Edit" button that appears. This will open the "Template Editor."

Step 3: Replace the document in the template

3.1. In the "Template Editor," click on the "Back" button which will take you back to the Upload Document tab.

3.2. Click on "Replace Document" and upload the new file that you would like to use in the Template.
