The "Dropdown" field allows for a signer to select an answer based on choices that have been set within the field. Dropdowns will prevent signers from entering unnecessary information.

How to use the "Dropdown" field:

  1. When preparing a document with fields, you'll see the "Dropdown" field. Click the dropdown field, drag it to the designated field on the document, and click again to drop it.

2. Once you have placed the dropdown field on the left side you will see the "Edit Dropdown Field" box. This is where you can change font size and add dropdown options.

3. After adding in the options for the signer, the field will be complete.
