There a few reasons why you might not be able to move forward in the bundle creation process after you have entered your signers information.

At the bottom right of your screen after you've entered the signer information you will see a button that reads "Next: Prepare Docs". If you're unable to click this and move forward it could be due to a few reasons.

If the button is not green and not clickable:

  • In most cases users forget to "Add New Signer" when they're entering a signer for the first time. If this is the case make sure to click "Add New Signer", enter in the signers email or SMS number and click "Save".

If the button is green, lets me click but wont advance ahead:

  • If this is the case, usually it is because a user will add in two signers with the same email or sms number. For security purposes, BlueInk requires different contact information for each signer.
