What is the Template Library?

The Template Library is a centralized storage location within Blueink that contains all your reusable templates. A reusable template is a pre-configured document with fields and labels, allowing you to use it multiple times without needing to set up the fields and labels each time. The Template Library is especially useful for managing documents that are sent frequently, saving you time and effort.


How to Access the Template Library:

Follow the steps below to access the Template Library in your Blueink account:


Step 1: Navigate to the Template Library

1.1. Once you are logged in, you will be directed to your Blueink Dashboard.

1.2. From the left-hand side menu, click on the "Template Library" option. This will take you to the "Template Library" page, where you can view and manage all your saved templates.

Using the Template Library:

The Template Library allows you to create new reusable templates or edit existing ones.

Follow the steps below to create a new reusable template or edit an existing one:

Step 1: Create a new reusable template

1.1. On the "Template Library" page, click on the "Create Template" button located at the top right corner of the page.

1.2. Upload the document you want to use as a template by dragging and dropping it into the designated area or by clicking the "Choose File" button and selecting the file from your computer.

1.3. Once the document is uploaded, you will move into the next step of adding the signer role(s) that will be used for the Template.

1.4. Next, you will be taken to the "Template Editor," where you can configure the fields and labels for the template. When you are finished, click the "Save" button to save the new reusable template to your Template Library.

Step 2: Edit an existing reusable template

2.1. Find the template you want to edit in the "Template Library" page. You can search for a specific template by scrolling through the list.

2.2. Hover over the template and click the "Edit" button that appears. This will open the "Template Editor," where you can make any necessary changes to the fields and labels.

2.3. Once you have made your changes, click the "Save" button at the bottom right corner of the "Template Editor" to save your updated template.
