Follow these steps to upload and send an envelope in Blueink:

Step 1: Access the "Prepare & Send Doc" tab

1.1. On the left side of your account dashboard, click on the "Prepare & Send Doc" tab. This tab allows you to create and send a new envelope.

Step 2: Upload the document

2.1. Drag and drop or click to upload the PDF that requires signatures. If you want to use a document from your template library, click "Use Document Template" to select it.

Step 3: Add signer information

3.1. Click in the search bar and type the name of Signer 1. If the signer isn't stored in your account, you'll be prompted to click "Add New Signer."

3.2. After clicking "Add New Signer," you'll be directed to add the signer's email or phone number. Enter the information and press "Save." You've now added Signer 1.

Step 4: Place field boxes on the document

4.1. Click on the field you want to add to the document, then drag your cursor to the desired location and click again to drop the field.

4.2. Resize the field box as needed by clicking on the field and using the corners of the field box.

Step 5: Review and send the envelope

5.1. Review the envelope to ensure all fields are correctly placed and all signers have the correct name and delivery information.

5.2. Once you've reviewed the envelope, click "Send" to send it to the signers for signatures.
