Sending a Template from Your Document Template:

Step 1: Access the Document Template

1.1. To access the Document Template, click on the "Document Template" tab on the left side of your account. The Document Template is where all your reusable templates are stored and managed.

Step 2: Select a Template

2.1. Find the template you would like to use and click on the "Use this Template" button. This will initiate the process of sending an envelope using the selected template.

Step 3: Add Signers

3.1. You will be directed to the "Prepare & Send Docs" tab. Verify that the correct template has been selected and click "Next: Add Signers".

3.2. Add the signers' information to the appropriate signer roles. If you don't have signers for specific roles, you can disable the role by clicking the blue toggle on the right side of the box. Once all signer roles have been implemented, move forward by clicking "Next: Prepare Docs".

Note: If the "Next: Prepare Docs" button isn't green, double-check that you have set up the signers' information correctly. In most cases, you will need to press "Save".

4.1. On the "Prepare Docs" step, add default values for any field boxes on the document. These values are typically information you want to add to the document before sending it to your signers. After entering the necessary information, click "Next: Review and Send".

5.1. Review the envelope to ensure that the field boxes and signer information are correctly entered. Once you have thoroughly reviewed the envelope, click the "Send" button to send the envelope to your signers for signature.
