Integrating HubSpot with your Blueink account can streamline your workflow and enhance your document management process. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to seamlessly connect these two powerful platforms. With the Blueink integration, you can effortlessly sync HubSpot contacts as signers in Blueink, send envelopes directly to these contacts, and keep track of envelope statuses in both HubSpot CRM and the Blueink app. Whether you're looking to improve efficiency or maintain better organization, this integration offers a range of benefits that can elevate your business operations.

1. Navigate to Marketplace and locate and click HubSpot

2. Click connect

3. Select your HubSpot account (portal) and click Choose Account

4. Review the requested scopes on this screen. Blueink requests access to read and write contact and read some basic information of your Account

5. Click Connect app

6. You will be redirected back to the Blueink App "Marketplace" page and new tag named ‘Connected’ will appear on the HubSpot card.

Congratulations! You have successfully connected your Blueink and HubSpot accounts!

To sync contacts from HubSpot to Blueink for easier envelope sending in the future, please proceed to the next section.

1. Navigate to Marketplace and locate and click HubSpot

2. Click on Actions

3. Click on Sync

4. Wait a sec until the success message appear on the top right.

The Contact from your HubSpot account was successfully synced to Blueink

By syncing contact to Blueink, you can easily send an envelope to them inside our app by assigning them as a signer.

You can then easily track the status of envelopes inside Blueink.

We also have a Blueink CRM Card in HubSpot, which allows you to track last 5 envelopes status sent to the selected Contact and trigger sync contact manually.

Note: If you disconnect your HubSpot account from Blueink, Blueink will no longer sync to HubSpot contacts (and vice versa). Existing data will remain on your both sites.

1. Navigate to Marketplace and locate and click HubSpot

2. Click Disconnect
