To enable the feature for downloading multiple documents, the admin user must first navigate to the Account settings by clicking the icon in the upper right corner. Then, proceed to the Feature tab and enable the toggle switch labeled "Zip PDFs." This action allows users of the account to download multiple documents simultaneously.

1.1. On the Real-Time Dashboard, locate the envelope you want to view in detail. You can search for a specific envelope by using the filtering feature.

2.1. Click on the desired envelope to open the "Envelope Details" page. This page provides real-time information about the signer(s) status, an event log, a live view of the document, and the ability to download a copy of the completed PDF(s) and edit the Signer's information.

3.1. To download all attached documents, click the arrow next to the "Download PDFs" button and select "Download All PDFs as Zip File." This action automatically saves the files into a zip folder within your designated download directory.
