Creating a Document with an Added Signature Frame:

  1. Once logged in, either create a new envelope or select an existing one to incorporate a signature frame.

  2. During envelope preparation, proceed to the "Prepare" tab. This tab enables you to add fields for signers to fill out or to sign.

  3. Within the "Prepare" tab, locate the "Signature Frame" section, where you will find the three signature frame features available for use. Check all options that may apply.

Creating an Envelope Template with an Added Signature Frame:

  1. Once logged in, either create a new envelope or select an existing one to incorporate a signature frame.

  2. Under the Template Configuration, proceed to the "Prepare" tab. This tab enables you to add fields for signers to fill out or to sign.

  3. Within the "Prepare" tab, locate the "Signature Frame" section, where you will find the three signature frame features available for use. Check all options that may apply.

Note: The Signature Frame option is not visible when editing a Document Template.


Step-by-step Guide to Add a Signature Frame as Default:

  1. Click on the initial icon and proceed to Account Settings.

  2. Navigate to Envelope Defaults and locate the Signature Frame section.

  3. Within the Signature Frame, you'll find three options that you can check.

Blueink Frame Only:

Signer Name Only:

Signing Date Only:

Checked All Options:
