In this help article, we will explore how to create default personalized messages for a bundle template, ensuring your communications are impactful and leave a positive impression on your recipients.

Step-by-step Guide to Set up Custom Messaging:

1. Navigate the Platform: After logging in to your Blueink account, click “Bundle Templates” on the left corner of your screen.

2. Once you are in the "Bundle Templates" section, create a new bundle template or select an existing one.

3. While preparing your bundle template, navigate to the "Delivery Options" tab. This tab allows you to review your bundle settings, as well as adjust custom messaging and reminders.

4. On the "Delivery Options" tab, locate the "Customize Reminders and Messages Toggle" and select the checkbox that says "Personalize Messages to Signers?". This is where you can enter Signing Request Email and Documents Ready Email.

  • Signing Request Email: This email is typically sent to the recipient(s) of the document who need to review and sign it. The email usually contains instructions on how to access the document, review its content, and apply their electronic signature. The recipient will need to click a link in the email to be redirected to the signing page where they can view and sign the document.

  • Documents Ready Email: This email is sent by the eSignature platform to the signers of the document once all the required signatures have been obtained. It serves as a notification that the document is fully executed and ready for further processing or distribution. The Documents Ready Email informs the sender that the signing process is complete and that the signed document is available for download or further actions.

  • Merge Field Options: Merge fields enable you to personalize messaging even further by automating the entry of information such as signer name, bundle expiration, sender email, and many more.
