How to Create a Copy of an Expired Bundle in Blueink

If you need to reactivate an expired bundle, please note that it is not possible to directly reactivate it. In such cases, the recommended course of action is to create a copy of the expired bundle and resend it to the signers. By creating a new copy, you can ensure that the signers have access to the necessary documents and can complete the required actions.

To copy a bundle, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Blueink account and navigate to your dashboard.

2. Go to your Archive Library and click the expired bundle that you want to copy.

3. Once you copy the bundle, it will prompt you with 3 options:

  • Fields and Initial Data: This option includes the data that was entered in the document before the bundle was sent out.

  • Fields and All Data: This option includes both the data that was entered in the document before the bundle was sent out, as well as any additional data entered by the signers.

  • Fields Only: This option excludes any data and only includes the fields within the document.

4. Once you re-copy the bundle, it will give you an option to edit it and send again to a signer.

Conclusion:

In summary, you can effectively handle the reactivation of an expired bundle and ensure that the necessary documents are accessible to the signers for completion.
