To ensure that you can navigate the platform comfortably, we provide language options for you to choose from. In this guide, we will walk you through the process of selecting your preferred language.

How to Change Language in Blueink during The Signing Experience:

1. Document Opening: When the signer opens the document, they will be greeted with the document interface. The top right corner of the screen will contain an option for selecting the language.

2. Language Selection: The purpose of the language selection option is to allow signers to choose their preferred language for using the Blueink platform. The language selection feature ensures a user-friendly experience for signers who may not be proficient in the default language.

3. Locating the Language Option: Look for the language selection feature in the top right corner of the screen.

Note: If you would like to have the email in Spanish for example, you have the ability to create a custom message before sending it. You can put in a message in Spanish which you can find in the “Review, Print and Send” section when sending out a document or in the "personalize messaging" area inside any template.
