This help article will guide you through the process of downloading a document in Blueink, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. We will cover opening the document, reviewing its contents, creating and applying your signature, and completing the signing process.

Step-by-Step Guide to Download a Document in Blueink:

  1. Go to your Dashboard and locate the document that you want to download. This could be on your draft, sent, or completed items.

2. Click on the document's name to open it in the viewer or document preview mode. This allows you to view the document and access its options.

3. Once document is open, this will give you options on how the document can be downloaded:

  • Generate PDFs for Download - Upon clicking, this will display the Download PDF button, enabling you to download the signed, completed document

  • Download PDF - This will allow you to download the signed document

  • Download Original Document - This will allow you to download the blank document that hasn’t been signed yet

4. Click on the download option or button to start the download process. Then it may prompt you to choose a location on your computer to save the downloaded document.
