Assigning Value in a Dropdown Field in Blueink:

Step 1: Access the "Prepare & Send Docs" Tab or Edit a Template

If you're preparing a bundle, click on the "Prepare & Send Docs" tab on the left side of your account. If you're editing a template, click the edit button (pen overlapping the box) in your Template Library.

Step 2: Add a Dropdown Field to the Document

Click on the “Dropdown” from the field options, and drag it onto the document. Place the field at the appropriate location by clicking again.

Step 3: Add an Option to each Dropdown Field

Each option in the dropdown field should have a corresponding value assigned to it. These values can be used for data processing or calculations.
