Introduction:

In this help article, we will explain the "Send Later" feature in Blueink. This feature allows you to delay sending a bundle to signers, providing you with greater control over the timing of your document deliveries. This guide will walk you through how the "Send Later" feature works and how to use it in Blueink.

Understanding the "Send Later" Feature in Blueink:

What is "Send Later"?

The "Send Later" feature is a toggle option available when creating a bundle in Blueink. When enabled, it prevents the bundle from being sent to the signer(s) immediately after you press "Send". Instead, the bundle will be saved and can be sent manually at a later time.

How to Use the "Send Later" Feature:

Step 1: Enable "Send Later"

1.1. While creating a bundle, on the Signer's tab, you will see the option to enable the "Send Later" toggle next to each Signer. This will delay the delivery of the bundle to the signer(s).

Step 2: Access the Dashboard

2.1. To send the bundle at a later time, go to your Blueink dashboard.

Step 3: Locate and Select the Bundle

3.1. Find the bundle you wish to send from your dashboard.

3.2. Click on the desired bundle to view its details. This will open the Bundle Details page.

Step 4: Send the Bundle Manually

4.1. On the Bundle Details page, click the "Send" button to manually send the bundle to the signer(s). This will initiate the delivery process.

Conclusion:

The "Send Later" feature in Blueink offers flexibility and control over when your bundles are sent to signers. By following the steps outlined in this help article, you can delay sending a bundle and manually initiate the delivery at a later time. If you need further assistance or have any questions, please refer to Blueink's support resources or contact the support team.
