In this help article, we will explain how to edit a template in Blueink. Templates can be modified after they've been created, but you are only able to add or delete signer fields. This guide will walk you through the steps to edit a template in the Template Library.

Editing a Template in Blueink:

Step 1: Navigate to the Template Library

The Template Library is where all your reusable templates are stored and managed. To access the Template Library, click on the "Template Library" tab on the left side of your account.

Step 2: Find the Template You Want to Edit

Browse through your Template Library to find the template you want to edit.

Step 3: Edit the Template

To edit a template, follow these steps:

3.1. Click on the Edit icon (the pen overlapping the box) located next to the template you want to modify. This will open the template for editing.

3.2. Once the template is open, you can add or remove signer fields as needed. To add a signer field, click on the desired field from the field options and drag it onto the document. To remove a signer field, click on the field you want to delete and then click the "Delete" button at the top left corner of the field.

Step 4: Save Your Changes

After making the necessary changes to the template, make sure to save your edits by clicking on the "Save" button at the top right corner of the screen.
