How to Use Custom Field Order

Custom Field Order allows you to control the sequence in which fields are completed by the signer.

By default, fields are presented from top to bottom and left to right. With Custom Field Order, you can override this behavior and define your own signing flow.

Note: Custom Field Order overrides the default field sequence and follows the exact order you set.

How to Enable Custom Field Order

  1. Go to the Field List panel on the right side while preparing your document.

  2. Turn on Use Custom Order.

How to Reorder Fields

  1. Drag and drop fields in the Field List.

  2. Arrange them based on your preferred order.

You will notice that the signer will follow this sequence when completing the document.

When to Use Custom Field Order

You can use this feature when:

  • You want signers to follow a specific sequence

  • Your document has fields across multiple sections or pages
