What is Bulk Download?
Bulk Download allows you to export multiple completed envelopes at once as a ZIP file. This feature helps save time by avoiding manual, one-by-one downloads.
The system prepares your files in the background and groups them into a downloadable ZIP file. If the number of envelopes is large, the download may be split into multiple parts.
How to Access Bulk Download
Go to the Dashboard or Archive.
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) at on the top right.
Select Bulk Download.
How to Export Completed Envelopes
1. In the Bulk Download panel, click Export as ZIP.
2. Wait for the system to process your request.
You will see a confirmation message:
“Bulk Download started. You can track progress from the Previous Bulk Download list.”
You can leave the page while the export is being prepared.
How to Use Filters for Bulk Download
You can download completed envelopes based on the filters you apply.
Supported filters include:
Date Range
Owner
Sender
Template
Origin
Status (Completed only)
Tag
Custom Filters
Only envelopes that match your selected filters will be included in the download.
How to Check Previous Bulk Downloads
All exports will appear in the Previous Bulk Downloads section.
Each entry displays:
Status
Ready – File is available for download
Failed – Export did not complete successfully
Number of parts/files
Request date and expiration date
If the export is ready, you can click Download All Parts.
If it fails, you can retry the download.
