What is Universal Search?

Universal Search makes it easier to quickly find envelopes and related details in one place.

It allows you to search for Envelopes across different data points using a single search bar. Instead of navigating through multiple pages, you can instantly locate envelopes and signer information.

How to Open Universal Search

  1. Click the search bar at the top right of your screen.

  1. Or press Ctrl + K to open Universal Search.

How to Search for Envelopes

  1. Enter any keyword related to the envelope or signer.

  2. Select a result from the dropdown list.

You will be redirected to the envelope details page after selecting a result.

What You Can Search

Universal Search supports multiple search inputs, including:

  • Envelope ID

  • Envelope name

  • Signer name

  • Other related envelope details

This allows faster access without manually filtering or browsing.

How to Use Recent Searches

Universal Search automatically displays your recent searches.

This helps you quickly revisit previously viewed envelopes without retyping your query.
