How to Set Up Apply Signature Everywhere

Introduction

The Apply Signature Everywhere feature allows signers to apply their signature to all signature fields assigned to them with one action. Instead of signing each field individually, the signer can place their signature once and apply it across all signature fields in the document.

This feature helps speed up the signing process, especially for documents that require multiple signature fields from the same signer.

Steps to Enable Apply Signature Everywhere

  1. Start creating an envelope and select a prepared template or upload a new document.
    ​

  2. Add the signer to the document.

  3. In the Document Preparation screen, enable Allow Sign Everywhere under the Signature Options Section.

  4. Click Review, Print, Send to send the document to the signer.

Signer Experience

When the signer opens the document, they can click a signature field and select Apply Everywhere. The system will automatically place their signature in all signature fields assigned to them, so they do not need to sign each field individually.

Account Default Setup (For Admins)

Admins can also enable this feature as a default setting for all envelopes.


To configure this:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Envelope Defaults.

  3. Navigate to Signature Options.

  4. Enable Allow Sign Everywhere.

Once enabled, the setting will automatically apply to new envelopes unless changed during document preparation.
